Home to Sasamat Lake, the park's beaches are incredibly popular in the summer so sun-worshipers and swimmers should arrive early. Buntzen Lake Recreation Area is situated across from the Burrard Inlet from Barnet Marine Park. Buntzen Lake is popular in the summer for fishing, boating and swimming.
